D-Line Constructors, Inc. was awarded 4 separate prime trade packages for the Children’s Hospital in Oakland.
- Garage Modifications:
Reconfigure the existing parking garage at the hospital to accommodate the new building pad. Work included: demolition and strengthening existing sections of concrete walls at parking garage, structural and site concrete, structural steel, electrical, installation of the new parking attendant machines, paving, and striping. - Service Yard:
Prepare an area into a service yard to be used by future contractors for construction of hospital. Scope includes: Demolition, grading, concrete, landscaping, electrical, and fencing. - Site Utilities:
Complete site utilities in the public right of way on MLK and 52nd. Scope includes: Demolition, grading, site utilities, paving, and striping. - Earthwork:
Construct a building pad for the future building. Scope includes: Earthwork, lime treating, and off hauling of contaminated material.
