This make ready project was the first phase for the construction of a new science building. Scope of work included: earthwork and grading, lime treatment of soil, permanent shoring, electrical, paving, wet utilities, and striping. The purpose of this contract is to prepare the building pad and site for the contractor the ultimately will construct the new science building.
