The purpose of this project is to construct a 240-bed state of the art housing facility for the homeless. The fast tracked project is located in Redwood City on a 2.5 acre undeveloped site. Scope of work includes: Import and export of 25,000 CY of soil for surcharge, rough grading, site utilities, fine grading, and asphalt paving.
